Main Duties

The main purpose of the job is to support the financial accounting process of the company such as daily financial transactions and reporting, facilitate payables, receivables, manage and effect payroll, commission, and tax, making the invoice for costumers, keeping daily sales records of the marketing cars, comunicating with costumers or suppliers in necessary cases, managing the relation of company with government offices

Responsibilities:

• Record Keeping: Keeps record of all financial transaction of the company;
• Tax management: Manges, reports, and executes tax obligation of the company monthly or quarterly. Monthly reports tax obligations to appropriate manager;
• Financial Management: Supports and audits all day-to-day financial transaction of the company;
• Willing to take any responsibilities of the company in relation to finance or related office works, taking responsibility as office manager in necessary cases
• Managing company’s cases in government offices
• Keeping the records of daily sales and marketing cars’ stocks
• Keeping the records of attendance, calculation of the salaries, compensation or annual leave payments

Job Requirements

Education and experience

• First degree or diploma in accounting and finance
• No experience is needed, 1 year or more is preferred

Skills

• Familiarity with Ethiopian taxation laws and online reporting platform;
• Good command on Excel, and basic computer skills;
• Familiarity of accounting software such as Peachtree;
• Excellent communication skills in Amharic and English;
• Familiarity with Internet using;
• Easy-going and open-minded to learning and practicing new things;
• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks, work in a fast-paced environment
• Suitable to work 6 days 2 am to 11 pm local time with discipline and without attendance
