- Junior Accountant
– Educational Background: Minimum BA holder in Finance, Accounting, and related fields
– Work Experience: 0 year
- Skill and Competencies:
– Good organization skill
– Integrity and capacity to keep information confidentially
– Good skills in MS Excel
– Good usage of QuickBooks Accounting software
– Ability to organize assigned duties and respect deadlines
- Key Responsibility:
– Prepare the payment and collect settlement from projects
– Prepare monthly payroll
– Analyze and summarized accounting transaction
– Post transaction into accounting system
– Prepares monthly bank reconciliation
– Ensure that statutory remittances like employment tax, withholding tax, etc. are timely prepared and controlled towards the payroll figures and procurement documents.
– Prepare all financial statement at the end of the year for audit work and also assist auditors in providing required information and document during audit time.
