Job Description

Ethio Infra Engineering plc is currently seeking applications for the position of Junior HR/Junior accountant. We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare daily payments: This involves processing and making payments for various expenses on a daily basis.
  • Controlling daily attendance and annual leave: This responsibility involves monitoring and keeping track of employees’ attendance records and managing their annual leave requests.
  • Scanning and filing daily HR and accounting documents: This task requires scanning and organizing important HR (Human Resources) and accounting documents on a daily basis for easy access and record- keeping purposes.
  • Prepare agreements and letters: This responsibility involves drafting, preparing, and formatting various agreements and letters as required by the organization.
  • Controlling stationary & sanitary materials: This task entails managing the inventory of office supplies such as stationery items (e.g., pens, paper) as well as sanitary materials (e.g., cleaning supplies, toiletries).
  • Doing bank and other governmental office payment settlement: This responsibility includes handling financial transactions with banks and other government offices, ensuring timely payment settlements are made.

Job Requirements

  • BA degree in accounting and finance.
  • Previous experience in Human Resources is highly desirable.
  • Only female applicants will be considered.
  • One year or more work experience in human resources or accounting.
  • Excellent knowledge of writing letters in English.
