Position: Customer Service Officer I
Locations: Aman Branch Under Jimma Area Office; Dire Dawa and Dire Dawa Sabian Branches Under Adama Area Office

Job Description
- Provide prompt and accurate information regarding the bank’s products and services.
- Listen to customers’ inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Process withdrawals and cash disbursements accurately.
- Verify customer signatures and identification documents for transaction authorization.
- Issue bank statements, checkbooks, and debit cards to customers.
- Complete all necessary documentation and paperwork for customer transactions.
- Perform foreign currency exchange transactions based on customer requests.
- Carries out other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Education: BA Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance /Management/Economics or other related fields.
- Experience: 1 year of Experience in Banking operation as a Customer Service Officer
