Position 1: Customer Service Executive – II
Place of Work: Asossa, Batu, Dargie, Hossaena, Jigjiga – IFB, Jinka |

Career Level: Junior Level (1+ – 2 years experience) |
Essential Functionality: Engage and perform customer recruitment and account opening activities Initiates cash transfer from/to cash, Receives and delivers physical cash from and to Casher, Collects/pays cash and debit/credits the respective accounts, Checks and balance physical cash with the Cashier, Retrieve customer signatures, and pictures and verify customers Perform other duties as required. |
Job Requirement: Qualifications: BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, and related fields. Experience: 1 year of experience in banking operation as CSO, CSR, CSE, or related position. |
