Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid educational background in sales, marketing, construction, architecture, or civil engineering, along with prior experience in finishing material sales, real estate, or interior design companies. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in promoting our services, building relationships with clients, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
• Identify potential clients and markets, and establish strong relationships to generate new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns that highlight our products’ unique features.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings to inform product positioning and sales approaches.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to showcase our services and expand our client base.
• Provide service information, technical specifications, and pricing details to clients, addressing any inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and lead status using CRM software.
• Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure excellent post-sale support and customer satisfaction.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors’ activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience and tailor solutions to meet individual client needs.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business,  construction, architecture, civil engineering, or related field.
• 0 and above years of experience
• Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, with a focus on finishing materials, real estate, or interior design sectors will be preferable.
• Strong understanding of the construction and interior design industry, including materials, trends, and customer preferences.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
