1. Job Position: Customer Service Executive-I (Fresh Graduates)
Purpose of the Job: To enhance customer satisfaction by handling front line customer service activities with due care and maximum efficiency ; increase the Branch’s resource mobilization effort by cross-selling the Bank’s products and services.
Qualification: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, and any other related fields.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa and the area, Outlying branches under South East Region, Outlying branches under South West Region, Branches under Bahir Dar District, Branches under Dessie District, Branches under Gondar District
Experience: No prior experience is required.
Only Graduates of the year 2023 G.C with a minimum CGPA of 2.5 and above
