Job Requirement

• Bachelor degree in Business Management, Accounting with 5 years’ experience or Master’s degree in Business Management with 3 years’ experience, as Manager/ Head HR and General Administrative Service.
• Adequate MS Office Knowledge and skill.

Head Human Resource (HR) and General Administration Responsibilities include:

• Staff recruitment, preparation of employment agreement, and company indoctrination
• Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, directives and company policies
• Managing staff wellness and performance reviews
• Motivating and supporting staff
• Maintaining staff records
• Handling employee benefits
• Identifying staffing needs and creating job descriptions
• Managing and supervising general administrative services and properties such as facilities, office and office equipment and supplies, vehicles, etc.
• Preparing and updating company human resource policies, rules and procedures
• Custom clearing of outgoing and incoming aircraft components and parts
• Designing and directing staff training programs
• Liaison with government and non-government organizations such as ECAA, Airport,
• Custom Authority, immigration, internal revenue, etc.
• Candidate should possess a high work ethic, excellent communication skills, knowledge of Labor regulation and HR practice, strategic thinking abilities, and strong organizational & interpersonal skills.
