The Ethiopian Pharmaceutical Association (EPA) is a national association of pharmacists in the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. The association was incepted in 1974 with the objectives of upholding the honor and ethics of the profession, safeguarding the professional rights of its members and working to ensure that the public gets quality pharmaceutical products and services. Job Requirements

What to submit?

  •  Detail description of the firm`s profile
  • Trade licenses (renewed for the current year) 
  • Renewed Certificate/license from the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE)
  •  Audit fee to be charged, clearly indicating by indicating with or without VAT
  • Experience of the Audit firm with audit reporting under International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS)
  •  List of the staff members who will be deployed in the Audit and their profile
  • Bidders must submit their financial and technical proposals separately in person at EPA`s head office
  • Work plan and demonstrate the ability to finalize and deliver the final audit reports will be negotiated between EPA and the final winning bidder.

How to Apply

The financial proposal should include the packing and delivery costs.

Interested Bidders shall present a copy of their 2015 E.C renewed trade license, registration certificate, Tax Identification, VAT Registration certificate, and other supporting documents.
