Job Summary

Digital Equb Financial Technologies PLC wants a junior accountant to join our team. She will have a responsibility of recording; reconciling and summraising of daily transaction against the system and the bank balance. Prepare summary of daily customer deposit, prepare daily cash deposit and payment report to customer with the following duties.

Junior Accountant Duties and Responsibilities

• Record daily customer deposit in a separate sheet 
•  Prepare system cash balance report along with each customer 
•  Filter daily unpaid balance and report to the supervisor 
•  Check each customer balance with the system and report if there is any difference on the records 
•  Check companies balance along with bank records
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly customer balance report 
•  Prepare monthly company’s bank reconciliation report
• She should have an advanced knowledge of MS Excel skill 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in accounting. 
•  At least 1 year of accounting work experience
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
