Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

• In preparation of Architectural designs with regard to design standards, with respect to the design program, site condition and requirements of the client
• In preparation of Specifications, Cost Estimate, Material Approval and related tasks of building projects.
• Carry out the architectural design review.
• Review the compatibility of the architectural design with structural, sanitary, mechanical and electrical designs.
• Prepare reports, design drawings, and architectural design presentations.
• Conduct site visits.
• Project follow-up and periodic supervision.

Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Software requirements

• Modeling: Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCad, sketchup
• Rendering: Lumion, V-ray & 3D-max
• Presentation: Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge in Building Information Modelling (BIM)

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or in a related field of study
• Experience: 0 year
