Position 1: Junior Facility Management Officer
Purpose of the Job:
To assist in providing project advice for those individuals /communities who aspire to create business projects; monitor and evaluate their operations towards realizing operationally and profitably successful business projects.
Generic Functions:
- Provide the required assistance in all activities of the work unit;
- Properly maintain important files/records and avail when required;
- Engage in teamwork, collaboration, and transparency work practices;
- Adhere to the internal control system and risk management program of the Bank;
- Participate in developing, reviewing and implementing policies & procedures, plan /budget, and performance report of the division;
- Provide the concerned organ with timely, relevant, accurate, and complete reports on the plan performance;
- Demonstrate the Bank’s code of conduct; embody the Bank’s good culture and corporate image to the public;
- Provide services as per the service level agreement;
Specific Functions:
- Provide different kinds of facility services to all organs in a quality and timely manner to secure minimum disruption of the business;
- Process the provision of utility services and effect payments;
- Prepare and process payments for maintained vehicles, insurance bills, outsourced maintenance/repair work and other miscellaneous payments;
- Keep accurate records of outsourced facility service providers, maintenance/repair works, mileages traveled and consumption of fuel, oil, tires and downtimes and other relevant documents in soft and hard copy;
- Fills out vehicle dispatch form based on request approval;
- Assist the process of annual inspection of vehicles, insurance coverage for new vehicles, and renewal for existing ones;
- Handle other related specific activities as deemed necessary
Qualification:
- BA In Purchasing, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any other related fields.
Experience:
- One year of relevant experience preferably in the banking industry.
Position 2: Junior Project Advisory & Monitoring Officer
Purpose of the Job:
To assist in providing project advice for those individuals /communities who aspire to create business projects; monitor and evaluate their operations towards realizing operationally and profitably successful business projects.
Generic Functions:
- Provide the required assistance in all activities of the work unit;
- Properly maintain important files/records and avail when required;
- Engage in teamwork, collaboration, and transparency work practices;
- Adhere to the internal control system and risk management program of the Bank;
- Participate in developing, reviewing and implementing policies & procedures, plan /budget, and performance report of the division;
- Provide the concerned organ with timely, relevant, accurate, and complete reports on the plan performance;

- Provide services as per the service level agreement;
Specific Functions:
- Provide technical advice and support to the project owners who have submitted business proposals to the Bank;
- Screen loan application documents lodged to the Bank whether it is submitted as per the checklist or not;
- Make close follow-up on cases of the projects that are under appraisal and approval stages as assigned by the division;
- Collect data on the KYC of the applicant for the preparation of a due diligence report and write a consolidated due diligence report
- Act as a contact person when assigned
- Undertake project/SME disbursement as well as checking smooth project/SME implementation against the pre-designed project/SME appraisal
- Handle other related specific activities as deemed necessary
Qualification:
- BA in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, and any other related fields.
Experience:
- One year of relevant experience preferably in the banking industry.
Position 3: Customer Service Executive – II
Purpose of the Job:
To enhance customer satisfaction by handling front-line customer service activities with due care and maximum efficiency; increase the Branch’s resource mobilization effort by cross-selling the Bank’s products and services.
Generic Functions:
- Enhance the strong business relationship with customers and cross-sell the bank’s positive image to the community
- Provide services as per the service level agreement;
- Contribute to the bank’s profitability as per the target set;
- Engage in teamwork, collaboration, and transparency work practices
- Adhere to the internal control system and risk management program of the Bank;
Specific Functions:
- Engage and perform customer recruitment and account opening activities
- Administer the Primary Vault dually with the Branch Operation Manager/ Branch Manager;
- Receive, verify, lodge and withdraw cash to/from Primary and Secondary Vault;
- Receive or dispatch consignment of cash from/ to the Treasury;
- Verify the daily cash receipts and cash bricks are in order, wrapped and initialed
- Retrieve customer signatures, and pictures and verify customers,
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualification:
- BA in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, and any other related fields.
Experience:
- 1 year of experience in banking operation as CSO, CSR, CSE, or related position.
