Must to meet Criteria 

•  Renewed certificate of registration in Professional License
• Renewed trade license for 2015 E.C.
• Tax payer registration and Tax Payer Identification Certificate (TIN).

Selection Method Quality and cost based selection method. Bidders must meet the first stage of Technical Evaluation (Quality) qualification criteria to pass the second stage of Financial proposal evaluation (Cost)
