ACE Advisors is a women-owned and led independent advisory firm that is dedicated to promoting innovation for better development and currently setting up a coworking space. We are seeking an energetic and versatile marketing and communication specialist to promote our company’s brand and services.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop creative and engaging content across various platforms, including website blogs, and social media to enhance customer engagement and the organization’s online presence
• Social Media Management: Manage and optimize social media platforms to enhance brand visibility, engage with the target audience, and generate leads
• Content graphics and design: Design visually appealing concepts for promotional activities and effective marketing materials including toolkits, brochures, and presentations
• Brand Voice and Consistency: Collaborate with the internal team to maintain the presence and reputation of the company on online and offline platforms and align with the brand’s tone, voice, and visual style, maintaining a consistent brand image
• Event planning and management: Plan and coordinate events, workshops, and seminars to showcase our services and attract potential clients
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization

Job Requirements

• BA degree in marketing management, business administration, Software engineering, and related fields
• 0-2 years of Proven experience in digital and integrated marketing programs and positions
• Knowledge of Graphic design tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, WordPress, and applications including Web analytics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with diverse audiences
• Creative thinking, ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team

Note: Demonstrable graphic design skills are mandatory
