Position 1: Senior Officer – Credit Appraisal
Job Description
The main purpose of the job is to ensure the credit risk and due diligence assessment (Clients’ credit worthiness) has been made as per the relevant rules and regulation, Bank’s credit policy and procedures, and credit risk assessment techniques.
Job Requirement
Minimum Educational & Work Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/ B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 4 years relevant experience with 2 years as Officer Level I or equivalent.
Position 2: Principal Officer – Credit Appraisal
Job Description
• This position is responsible for coordinating the credit risk due diligence assessment, monitor and process loan applications and appraisal processes to ensure the success of the Unit.
Job Requirement
Minimum Educational & Work Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/ B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 5 years relevant experience with 1 years as Senior Officer as a Professional/Expert
Position 3: Customer Service Officer II
Job Description
This position is responsible for serving customers, pay and receive cash and process transactions, sell the products and services of the bank, acquire new customers, and open and maintain customer accounts and manage customer relations and ensure customer satisfaction with full effort and maximum care as per the policy and procedure of the bank.
Job Requirement
Educational Qualification Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting and auditing, business administration or economics, or related fields.
Minimum Work Experience
- Greater than 2 years relevant experience.
Position 4: Senior Auditor
Job Description
This position is responsible for monitoring and ensuring the existence of proper control over every activity and processes carried out by business units and to safeguard the organization from various risks and review the adequacy and effectiveness of the Bank’s internal control.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s/ B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Finance and Auditing or related field.
- At least 4 years relevant experience with 2 years as Auditor or equivalent.

Position 5: Principal Auditor
Job Description
- This position is responsible for evaluating the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of the bank’s internal control, risk management and governance system to give assurance and consulting service to management on special investigations.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s/ B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Finance and Auditing or related fields.
- At least 5 years relevant experience with 1 years as Senior Auditor as a Professional/Expert
Position 6: Lead, Relationship Manager
Job Description
This division level position is responsible for acquisition of new corporate banking clients and the expansion/retention of existing relationships, underwriting, negotiate and manage complex credit relationships; develop and execute relationship management plans for high value clients, this includes effectively collaborating with client support and product teams as well as senior management; act in compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as all applicable government banking regulations.
Job Requirement
Minimum Educational & Work Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, or any other relevant field.
• At least 5 years relevant experience with 2 years’ experience as Relationship Manager in a Supervisory role.
Position 7: Customer Service Representative
Job Description
This position is responsible for providing clients/ guests with primary level information about the bank and respective units’ function, maintaining the office look and ambiance and organizing the departmental/branch records and correspondences with internal and external customers and perform secretarial duties.
Job Requirement
Minimum Educational & Work Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in marketing, Management, SSOM and related fields.
