Job Summary
The Principal Officer is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process from planning, advertising, sourcing, attracting, scheduling and interviewing to on-boarding employees and managing the deployment of staff across the various departments and branches within the bank according to need basis. The incumbent also assists various business units and establish appropriate human capital requirements in all talent acquisition processes.
