Job Description

Yemisrach Micro Finance S.C (YMF S.C) is a microfinance institution established as per proclamation No. 626/2009 and licensed from NBE in July 2018. Currently, it has 2542 shareholders and operates in Addis Ababa, Oromia, Sidama, and SNNP regions. It has 3700 loan clients and 8000 depositors. It has also over 100 million total loan portfolio and needs to expand its services in selected regions of the country.

Yemisrach Microfinance Provides Loan, saving and Micro insurance service to the low income individuals and families with focus on women economic empowerment and youth employment.

Position 1: Customer Service Officer II

Minimum requirement Qualification & Experience: Diploma (Level IV) Management, Accounting, Economics or any business or social science field and Two-year experience or BA and one year experience.

Position 2: Branch Manager I

Minimum requirement Qualification & Experience: BA in Management, Accounting, Economics or any business or social science field and four-year experience in Microfinance.
