Job Description

1.  Check and approve sales order from all branch (Deposit Amount, Unit selling Price, Deposited Date, customer name and account number, Item availability etc )

2.  prepare check payments

3.  Check all documents are appropriately and timely collected and organized 

4.  Withholding invoice collection and follow up 

5.  Any additional task in related with accounting assigned by the direct supervisor

Job Requirements

Education 

BA Graduate in Accounting

Experience

2+ – 5 years’ Experience 

Competencies and behaviors

·       Effective Finance skill

·       Good communication skill

·       Good relationship with co-workers

·       Computer skill (Peachtree and other financial application software)

·       Effective team building skill
