• 3-5 Years Experience in a Managerial role
• Degree in Accounting
• Exceptional writing and speaking of Portuguese and English
• Able to work overtime and under pressure. Including Weekends
• Good Excel Skills
• ERP systems knowledge – Good Primavera experience is advantageous.

Duties and Responsibilities

• General accounting – Month-end Journals
• Monthly Invoicing after getting full approvals.
• Payments to Vendors and Vendor Reconciliations
• Debtors Reconciliations
• Provisions and Accruals
• Monthly SAP TB Reconciliation.
• Monthly Primavera TB Reconciliations.
• Primavera & SAP TB Monthly reconciliations.
• Tax Filing- monthly
• Internal and External Audit Preparations.
• Monthly compliance Reporting
• RSA admin
• General Office Admin Work
• Payroll Journals and Reconciliation Monthly
• Weekly, Daily, monthly, and Annual reporting to the Head office
• TMS reporting & Bank reconciliations in both SAP and Primavera.
• GRC tool reporting
• IFRS and GAAP reporting knowledge.
