Dashen Bank invites qualified applicants for Branch Relationship Officer vacant positions.

Position 1: District Relationship Officer Conventional/IFB

Academic & Professional Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, banking, finance, management, or related fields.

Experience

• At least five (5) years of successful experience in a banking or customer contact role

Training and courses in banking operations (domestic, credit, and international banking operations).

Place of work: Harar Area/ Somali Area

Position 2: Pool Senior Customer Service Officer Cash I

Academic & Professional Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field e.g. Marketing Management, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology or any other equivalent fields

Experience

• At least four (4) years of banking experience

The General Technician is responsible for handling the general repair and maintenance of a building, office equipment, electrical wires, and telephone lines, by going through the drawings, specifications, and assembly instructions as required

Place of Work: Dire Dawa District Office

Position 3: Senior District Digital Banking Officer

Academic & Professional Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Management, Banking, Finance, or other related fields.

Experience

• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience

Training and courses in banking operations (domestic, credit, and international banking operations).

Place of Work: Somali Area

Position 4: Relief Customer Service Manager

Academic & Professional Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field e.g. accounting, management, economics, business administration.

Experience

• Minimum of Six (6) years of banking experience

Place of Work: Dire Dawa District Office

Position 5: Branch Manager Grade I

Academic & Professional Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field e.g. accounting, management, economics, business administration

Experience

• Minimum of seven (7) years relevant experience out of which One (1) year in a supervisory post.

Training and courses in banking operations (domestic, credit, and international banking operations).
